Eagle Eye Painting originally worked on this Capitol Hill home in the summer of 2007. It’s a beautiful 1920’s wood and stucco house with a natural front door and lots of charm. This year we are repairing some settling cracks, and 2015 we are scheduled to return and fully wash and touch-up the home.
When originally working on this home, we did an extensive amount of stripping of the stucco due to failing paint. The new colors were selected by Susan Brockway: SW Svelte Sage for the body and SW Roman Column for the trim. We used Sherwin Williams Super Paint satin for the wood body, Duration for the stucco, and Super Paint gloss for the trim. We also used stone sealer to seal the decorative walkways around the home.
